About the Event

Hath Yoga (also known as Hatha Yoga) is the root of all yoga. "Ha" means sun and "Tha" means moon. This symbolizes the balance of the right and left side of the body. Poses are held for 10-20 seconds. Vinyasa uses mindful movements to gracefully flow postures with your breath. It encourages a dynamic synergy between breath, body, and mind.
