Dog Island Drums

This is a community-based musical group that meets weekly to study, practice, and play Caribbean and African music on hand percussion instruments such as drums, bells, shakers, and sticks. Our gatherings provide a facilitated learning experience whereby all participants contribute. No experience is required and there are no fees, however, donations are encouraged as they are the primary source of funds for GICCA.
